About Antoine
A life built on service, story and the next generation.
Antoine L. Medley's journey began in Halifax, Virginia, and has since spanned more than three decades of transformative leadership in information technology and innovation. He holds an MBA from Champlain College (2019) and a B.A. in Economics from Virginia Tech (1994), with professional certifications in innovation and product management from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and Cornell University.
His acumen has been pivotal in sculpting outstanding customer experiences for industry giants including MetLife, Cisco Systems, AT&T, Discover Financial Services and Eaton Corporation — specializing in communication, collaboration and leadership solutions.
In December 2026 Antoine and his wife Cynthia Medley celebrate 30 years of marriage. A devoted father to two daughters, Morgan and Clarke, and was named 2016 NC Fatherhood Conference "Father of the Year." He is the self-published author of The Epic Journeys of Morgan and Clarke, a testament to his dedication to empowering youth through service.

A dynamic keynote speaker, philanthropist, mentor, author and entrepreneur, Antoine advocates for a life dedicated to service — inspiring adults and youth alike to embrace the call to action. He believes in the inevitability of choice, urging individuals to confront their destiny courageously.
His commitment to community service is reflected in his founding of youth-oriented non-profits such as Future Black Men of America, Inc. and the Cornel West Academy of Excellence, which was awarded a 2010 Presidential Citation at the 104th Anniversary / 90th General Convention of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He has served the Phi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. since 2008 as President, Vice President and committee chair, and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Phi Lambda Educational Foundation. He is also a proud member of 100 Black Men of Triangle East.
In 2019 Antoine became a Goodman Fellow with Leadership Triangle's Regional Program — a program built for community leaders committed to shaping an equitable future for a region growing by 70+ people every single day. Through his work, leadership and storytelling, Antoine is committed to creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, supported and empowered.
Health, Advocacy & Urgency
An excellent life of service, lived with urgency.
In 2011, Antoine was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Rather than slow his calling, it sharpened it. He has become a visible advocate for African American men living with MS — a group for whom the disease is rare and the support is rarer — and a living argument that Black men can build something that lasts while taking care of themselves.
